Privacy policy

Last updated August 26, 2026

Short version: AideyHD has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Your data stays on your device.

What the app stores

Your schedule, check-ins, moods, meals, exercise, budget entries, sleep, notes, and people you add. All of it is stored locally on your device, in the app's own database.

What leaves your device

Nothing, unless you choose it:

What the app doesn't do

Permissions the app may ask for

On-device intelligence

A couple of features — turning a spoken journal entry into logged activities, and breaking a task into steps — use Apple's on-device language model where your device supports it. That processing happens entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to Apple, to us, or to anyone else. On devices or iOS versions that don't support it, those features are simply unavailable rather than falling back to something off-device.

Tips

The optional tip jar uses Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple; the app never sees them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Since the app collects nothing, changes should be rare and boring.
